After a few days of welcome warm to hot weather, Florida decided to dump thunder, lightning and sudden buckets of rain on us, so we went window shopping at Disney Springs.

We ended the night at the Hoop-dee-doo Musical Review at Fort Wilderness Campgrounds Pioneer Hall, which I highly recommend. It is all you can eat but you have to eat FAST. We felt harried while inhaling food and trying to follow the show, especially on the balcony where they actually seat you backward so you have to turn around to see.
Each party gets the same amount of food - literally buckets full. You can share with strangers at your table, but you really aren't encouraged to do so. Our waitress slammed this heap of fried chicken on my plate and a similar portion of ribs on my partner plate, while our neighbors shared the same amount between four people.
Bucket of salad, a boat of beans, platter of corn, crock of garlic mashed potatoes, bucket of fried chicken, bucket of ribs, all you can drink sangria and juice.
All the dishes were hearty and tasty, and the strawberry shortcake was deliciously crisped with sugar on top. Our waitress gave us napkins to sneak out our cornbread because I told her I felt bad about the waste.
My recommendations for reserving seats are thus: Area 1 - smack center of the room, Area 2 - upstairs center, Area 3 right above the stage, preferably on the left side. However, the cast is good at incorporating people from all over the room, even the balcony.
We ended the night chasing the Electrical Boat Parade around the lake via monorail and boat and finally catching it at a viewing area to the right of the resort ferry docks in front of Magic Kingdom. Yes, it was worth it.
