Using up the Szechuan Peppercorn

Sauce
chewy Korean noodles, drained and cooled

roasted peanuts or sesame, ground smooth (use unflavored peanut butter or tahini)
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup szechuan peppercorn, roasted
1/8 tsp five spice powder (optional)
2 dried red chili peppers
brown sugar or honey
rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
noodle water or light chicken broth,, used to get the sauce at a thick but pourable consistency
salt

Blitz everything together till smooth, adjust seasoning, and dress noodles with sauce.

sesame oil
chilli oil
crushed peanuts
pork floss
cucumbers
cherry tomato
salted pickled mustard greens
green onion, slivered and deep fried
