Garlic Chive Pesto with Pasta and Brocolli, Roasted Romesco, Almond Crusted Fish

Garlic Chive Pesto

1 bunch garlic chives(1/2 cup or more)
2 green onions
1 cup parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup parmesan
3/4 cup walnuts, whole
extra-virgin olive oil (1/2 cup or more)
salt 
pepper

Blitz everything in the food processor, drizzling in olive oil until desired consistency! 
Done.

Roasted Romesco Sauce
2 large red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 cup almonds, toasted
1/2 cup diced tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsp vinegar, sherry (i used bran and red wine vinegar because thats what i had
2 teaspoon smoked paprika
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
extra-virgin olive oil (1/2 cup or more)
salt 
pepper

Roast red pepper in 450 degree oven till tender and slightly charred, about 15 minutes.
Blitz everything in the food processor, drizzling in olive oil till desired consistency! 
Done.
