Marinade
chicken, cut into popper sizes
yogurt, just enough to coat
turmeric powder
red chili powder (to taste)
garlic and ginger paste
lemon juice
minced jalapeno
salt to taste
black pepper

Marinate for at least 30 minutes

Breading
cornstarch (sometimes i use semolina)
rice flour

Before frying, mix in cornstarch and little bit of rice flour. Heat up the oil and deep fry on medium-high heat for about 3 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken.)
