1 egg white
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups pecans
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Beat egg white into stiff peaks. Fold in sugar and salt till smooth. Coat pecans and spread in a single layer on a flat baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool, then break up into pieces.
Use over ice cream, or in salads.

1/4 cup brown sugar
