Chocolate Crackle Cookies

You need cold hands for this easy but messy, chocolate cookie from Martha Stewart's website. Note a correction: The dough should be rolled in granulated sugar before the powdered sugar or else the the cookie will not have any crispness.

I sometimes bake the last leftover batch in a flat pancake without rolling in the sugar. Eat with toasty nuts over vanilla or cherry ice cream while hot!
