½ cup ghee (semi solid) or butter at room
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup 2 tbsp AP flour
1/3 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup cream of wheat
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
Cream butter and sugar. Whisk all dry ingredients. Incorporate dry ingredients to creamed butter and sugar. Roll dough into balls and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
