The food at Miss Ollie's was both hearty and refreshing. Satisfyingly seasoned and whole fat while maintaining a throughline of brightness. If only I lived next door, I would be a regular.

Ox foot soup with root veg. Like fried chicken, gravy, and mashed potatoes all in one super gelatinized smooth cream. 

 

 

This chicken has made it into the list of the best Bay Area fried chicken.
